  • Deposits

    Some services require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment and some may require the full payment.

    All required payments must be made within 24 hours of booking your appointment.

    Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

    Deposits and prepayments are applied to your final invoice.

    All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    One reschedule is permitted with 48 hours’ notice.

    Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are treated as late cancellations and may result in fees or forfeited payments.

  • Refund Policy

    All payments are non-refundable once:

    • A time slot is reserved

    • A notary travels

    • An appointment is attempted

    • A cancellation occurs outside policy

    No refunds are issued for lack of preparation or inability to notarize.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations 48+ hours before the appointment: no additional charges

    Cancellations under 48 hours: charged 50% of the service fee

    Same-day cancellations: charged up to 100% of the service fee

  • No-Show Policy

    Failure to appear without notice results in:

    • 100% charge of the service fee

    • Possible suspension of future booking privileges

  • Returned Payments

    Returned or declined payments incur a $35 returned payment fee.

    Balances must be paid immediately before any future services can be scheduled.

What To Bring To Your Appointment

  • A government -issued photo ID, such as a Drivers License or Passport

  • The specific documents that require notarization, ensuring they are complete and ready for signing.

  • If the documents require witnesses, make sure they are present and have valid identification as well.

  • Any fees associated with the notarization service, in the form of cash, check, or electronic payment

  • Any extra paperwork or information related to the documents being notarized, if applicable
