Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required for some services. If you would like to know if your service requires an appointment, please reach out to us or you can visit our booking page for more information.
This deposit must be paid via debit or credit card within 24 hours of your initial booking request. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking request may be automatically canceled.
Please note that the deposit will be credited toward your final service fee.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must provide at least 48 hours' notice.
If adequate notice is not given, the cancellation fees outlined in our policy will apply. Thank you for your understanding!

Refund Policy
Once a service has been rendered, or if a scheduled appointment is missed or canceled without the required notice, the payment is non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and ensures that our resources are reserved for all clients.

Payment Methods
For final payments, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit Cards & Debit Cards
- Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks
- Zelle

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, the card on file will be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the following consequences:
1. The client will be charged the full service fee for the missed appointment.
2. Future booking privileges may be suspended at the discretion of the service provider.

Returned Payments
If a payment made for any of our notary services is returned. We will send out an email advising of the returned transaction.
A fee of $35.00 will be charged for each returned payment. The fee will be applied to your account balance and due immediately.

The specific documents that require notarization, ensuring they are complete and ready for signing.

If the documents require witnesses, make sure they are present and have valid identification as well.

Any fees associated with the notarization service, in the form of cash, check, or electronic payment
